The project is located on the European side of Istanbul, specifically in  Kucukcekmece, where this region is considered one of the fastest-growing regions because it contains current global projects and with excellent government support to modernize the infrastructure and equip it with all kinds of transportation and metro stations, in addition to, it contains a beautiful lake by the end of the Marmara Sea, which will be part of the Istanbul Canal project in the future. It was named after the region and became Kucukcekmece Lake
